We’re Ryan and Amy, both 4th-generation farmers and the 3rd generation to work Ryan’s family farm in west-central Minnesota. We inherited a deep love for good beef and registered cattle, and we’ve continued the operation much as Ryan’s grandpa did. It’s our joy to raise cattle and feed people.

In 2016, we introduced the Wagyu breed into our herd — and absolutely fell in love! All of our cattle are bred, born and raised right here on our 400 acre farm. Our herd is bred only with fullblood Wagyu sires that we buy from the world’s top genetic programs. We grow our own feed for our herd from a variety of crops. This incredible meat is something we’re passionate about sharing with the world.
